BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
- Identifying new business opportunities: Research market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and identify potential target markets to expand the SA Fintech Hub’s reach.
- Building and maintaining client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.

Create and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including marketing plans, sales projections, and forecasting. - Managing sales processes: Oversee the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Analyzing market trends: Continuously monitor market conditions and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with other teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Presenting to clients: Present the company's products or services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Negotiating contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
